Shania Twain Renews Her Commitment to Kids Cafes
Country music superstar Shania Twain has renewed her commitment to Second Harvest and the Kids Cafe programs. In 1997, Shania donated $50,000 from the proceeds of the sale of her hit single "God Bless the Child" to Second Harvest's National Kids Cafe Fund. Twenty-two Kids Cafe programs received financial support as a result of Shania's gift.

As she prepares for her 1998 World Tour, Shania will donate concert tickets to more than 30 Second Harvest food banks. The tickets will be auctioned in local communities to generate funds for food bank childhood hunger initiatives like Kids Cafe.
